3-Alarm Fire Burns At Apple Cupertino Campus

My iMac gets hot enough to melt tungsten let alone to burn down my apartment.

I think a MS fanboy set the fire. After all, it's just as plausible as a Mac fanboy Photoshopping the BSOD at the Olympics:)

Someones ego caught on fire (again). I have a house near there, happens all the time.

@Doc - It could have been...or maybe even one of those environmental terrorists...a lot of them have been pi$$ed at Apple for a while... Waethorn... In music and television, most of what you, as a viewer/consumer actually see these days is, sadly, faked to some extent.

By the way, does anyone know if a BSOD on Chinese computers has messages in English or in Chinese? Just curious.

Mum Great job. I saw your Photoshop image get out of his Range Rover, go into a Starbucks, buy a venti iced tea, get back in the car and drive off today. How'd you do that? Is that something in Photoshop CS4?

I think Steve Jobs is a hologram. Also, all BSODs are photoshopped by Mac fanatics to make Microsoft look bad. I'm sure the one I received on my computer was actually done by John Papola. It was a coded warning message, "Don't come to NYC." Don't believe me? John has a Mac. Macs can do anything.

It looks like this is a distortion field. Any security report that claims Apple is bad, is from an industry trusted company, but if it claims Windows is bad, then the company is wrong or not to be trusted. Apple news here gets applauded when bad and rationalized no matter how trivial, but bad MS news gets used, followed by red herrings, and the source is not to be trusted. I can go on but you see the point. The BSOD thing is no big deal and has numerous sources if you just Google, but i get called a fanboy when I am actually the only non-biased person at this site, or one of the very few. however, Sloshdot gives an unverified opinion, but do show some great PS shots of how it could be true.

One more thing. I just had another Vista update and my VPN works again!!!!!! Back in business baby! Thank you Redmond. Keep the good stuff coming. Mike, this proves you right. We need to keep our autoupdates on. thanks. Doc

Like I stated in two posts long ago, Steve Ballmer gave a great interview [to CNET I think] and was a complete professional gentleman who only complemented the competition when they tried to flamebait him, then quickley discussed MS product or vision/idea that was competing. Also, when some douchebag threw [and missed] eggs at him [in Germany I think], the man was escorted out and Steve laughed it off and said somthing like 'Well at least it was a 'civil' complaint." He was as courteous and professional as anyone could have been. Very respectful. I was impressed with the integrity that he demonstrated. This was a couple months ago or so.

They confirmed the article based on one poster, who apparently saw something blue in his DVR recording and decided that it did indeed match the BSOD colors. At least I didn't ... unless you're the one who photoshopped the image. that is. Don't take this personally. None of this was aimed at you. At least from my side, it was aimed at the Gizmodos and the Engadgets, who like to post sensational stories without ever verifying them.
