A couple of Windows 7 wallpapers

Here are a couple of wallpapers you may enjoy. The first blue on is the one Microsoft used during PDC 2008, but didn’t include in M3 for some reason.

The second is a photo I took of the LACC roof, which you may remember from PDC 2003. (This is a new shot, however.)

Click for the original version. Enjoy. :)

FYI: Long Zheng has the widescreen (1920x1200) version of the PDC 2008 wallpaper (the top one here) at http://www.istartedsomething.com/20081028/download-the-official-pdc-2008...

Nice pics. So far Windows 7 6801 is good but the only complaint i would have to say is the fact it changes to the black transparency theme every 4 sec. And i cant see what application could be doing this... I guess that's an alpha for you. (possibly from a faulty install. Just never though an app could change the theme. It might be a memory error that's causing it to revert to black. Ah whatever... now im just rambling.

Xtreem0 An app probably can change the theme. That kind of thing is typically exposed at a minimum through the WMI interface. Although, I suspect it's more likely a case of, "Gee, a bug in pre-beta code. Who'da thunk it?" :-)

Blogging about wallpaper in a pre-beta OS, must be a sloooooooooow day.

@bettieblu Maybe he doesn't really feel like typing after the long constant 4 or so days of constantly typing.

"Blogging about wallpaper in a pre-beta OS, must be a sloooooooooow day." You're commenting on it, so it must be an even slower day for you! Heck, if I hadn't already found that wallpaper on another site, I would have been glad to have the chance to get it from Paul's post.
