SuperSite Blog Daily Update: October 26, 2010

Microsoft's Professional Developers Conference (PDC) 2010 is happening this week, and I'll be there. It's happening at the company's Redmond Conference, which is unusual, and will be a much smaller and shorter show than usual. In fact, it's only two days long, and is happening this Thursday and Friday. You can follow along with the developments (ahem) at the show at the PDC10 web site.

Amazon has "completely rewritten" its Amazon.com web site specifically for the iPad. This actually makes plenty of sense, because if iPad owners have proven anything, it's that they'll spend a lot of money.

Office 2011 for the Mac is available today. It's also on TechNet, just in case you were waiting for that.
