"The capabilities of Family Safety have also expanded".
Actually Family Safety functionality is drastically reduced since Windows Vista.

Previous versions of windows controlled all browsers and allowed whitelists and also controlled desktop software. They used to have comprehensive, robust and unbreakable family safety features.

On Windows 10, all a child has to do to access anything on the internet is use a non-Microsoft browser, since only MS browsers are controlled. There is also no control of desktop software so if there isn't a non-MS browser installed he can just download a portable one and run it to get access to everything.

The only things that still partially work are time controls (although not as well as previous versions with time extensions very difficult) and windows store app restrictions (by age only; disabling the store is not possible).

Exactly, that feature is now a piece of shit. It is suprising that in this era when milions of parents are concerned about managing their kids access to computers and time spent with them, there is nit a single usefull solution for this.
