Yesterday, when I upgraded my podcasting machine to the newly released Windows 10 Creators Update, everything seemed to go just fine until it was time to logon using Windows Hello and the Logitech Brio webcam.

There was no response from the camera after that final restart and I had to log in using other credentials.

Once I had things sorted out after the upgrade I did some research and discovered a fix for this issue in the Logitech Brio Knowledge Base in this article.

Here are the steps laid out in that article, with screenshots, for getting your Brio webcam working after the upgrade to the Creators Update.

Step 1

Open the Device Manager then expand the "Imaging devices" list to find the Logitech BRIO entry. Right Click and select "Update driver".
