Why do you want to sync with your desktop - I can only assume that you have a phone and would like the portable nature of data access that happens when you use it with your phone vs. your PC!

I think there is only time for 1 build - which will need to be completed by the end of June. I suspect this build will then be patched prior to July 29th.

Microsoft had a program that allowed OEMs access to source code - I wouldn't be surprised if they still do - at least for portions at certain levels.
