WDRT sucks. It never finds my 1520 so I am stuck to builds that are straight upgrades. I don't have the option to roll back to 8 first.

I don't own one, so I have no way to test this out but my Surface charges faster when off, and my 1520 charges faster in airplane mode. Your Band might benefit that way too.
