I wouldn't see this as a "bad" thing. They are selling a traditional PC with a traditional OS. HP still has to pay MS for those licenses so MS gets paid and HP gets a (admittedly tiny) market...

Changes nothing. MS will keep pointing to the cloud. My guess is this service is meant to work like Netflix...except you CAN download the movies on a device.

I don't think this is the final least not for me. I can still use my 10 credits a month to get music. Once that's gone then Zune is dead.
