Changes nothing. MS will keep pointing to the cloud. My guess is this service is meant to work like Netflix...except you CAN download the movies on a device.

I don't think this is the final nail..at least not for me. I can still use my 10 credits a month to get music. Once that's gone then Zune is dead.
