If I remember correctly, they can pull from RSS feeds so a site doesn't necessarily have to support WP- as long as they have an RSS feed, you'll get live tiles.

There's no way to bleep out swearing. First, you'd have to have swears detected electronically (they aren't going to hire a legion of staff to listen to games) but computers are not accurate...
