Upgraded 2 Acer tablets, the W510 and the W500 running W8 Pro, both went smoothly, though a bit time consuming due to their lower performance but had no problems.
So it looks like Dell is getting my money for one of their devices. And if those prices hold up I see no market for a $499 ARM tablet, even if its from Nokia. RT seems destined for the scrap heap...
Any reason why the release preview doesn't work for testing apps, as Microsoft has suggested and offered guidance for? If people accept that RTM will have bugs the same should apply to the release...
Atom tablets solve the heat, weight, battery life problem and we've already seen them priced at the same price Nokia will be asking for this tablet.
The camera performance gap with the 920/928 is practically zero with the Amber update so that's not really a selling point over those devices.
Disappointing that a lot of stories in the just send you to a website complete with data munching ads without any warning and seem incapable of capturing the info and presenting it within the app...

There's always something cheaper but posting it on various websites doesn't make it better.
Dont forget to mention the Verizon exclusivity so other US WP users dont try and get frustrated when they cant get it.
The Sony Vaio Pro's are worth looking at and seem to be the only Haswell devices actually available to buy.
