The video doesn't load for me on Chrome or IE11:

Chrome says, "Bad SSL client authentication certificate."

IE says, "This page can’t be displayed."

It works in FF though.

This is great news. As a web developer, it's a total PITA to have to support obsolete versions of IE.

@WinObs, @Rod Trent: At the top of the site, there's a navigation menu listing "Windows", "Mobile", "Cloud", "Windows Server", etc.. Can you add a menu (or submenu) for Band 2?

Yep, I couldn't agree more. Windows 10 Mobile already runs on ARM processors, so this shouldn't be too difficult to get working on Surface RT/2. Perhaps this is just wishful thinking on my part...
