Yep, I couldn't agree more. Windows 10 Mobile already runs on ARM processors, so this shouldn't be too difficult to get working on Surface RT/2. Perhaps this is just wishful thinking on my part...

I doubt you have to manually uninstall it to install Windows 10. Most likely, the Windows 10 installer will automatically remove it.
