So...if you purchased the retail version of Office for Windows or Mac, you're screwed.

OS X Mavericks is free from Apple, and has no ads. Various incarnations of Linux are free - also no ads.
Why would customers want a "free" version of Windows, only to be inundated with ads...
One thing I've noticed about Outlook.com - I get LOTS more spam than I used to with Hotmail. Must be a Microsoft feature.

The question still remains, will the Surface 2 sell better than the original Surface?

Too bad the survey doesn't ask how many of those users are really pleased with Windows 8. I'd imagine that number would be a lot lower.
Just read one description of Microsoft under Ballmer - "Microsoft is like that super smart kid who is doing drugs and not living up to its potential. "
Microsoft seems to want to continue dumping ad and R&D money into a product that....nobody wants.
Most students opt for a laptop, and most of them want either a MacBook Air or Pro....
