Having only ever owned a PS3, my view was always that Xbox console and controllers looked cheap and fragile. Xbone looks better but the controllers still look chintzy.

Waiting a year for Outlook on RT seems like huge mistake. Releasing it at the same time as every other OS gives zero incentive to migrate to RT, well unless that is the whole point.
