Again with the "superior app launcher" - which is subjective. I get it, live tiles and such. But does notepad need a live tile? Server Administration? Visual Studio? Command Prompt? Deus Ex: HR?...

- Bootable straight to desktop.
- Start MENU, not just Start Button, complete with a 'no-charms-bar-required' Shutdown / Restart / Lock /...
