I am curious as to what you think a fair and reasonable profit margin is for hardware. Most PC OEMs who are profitable squeak by with a few percent profit margin. Lenovo was under 2% last quarter...

I have mixed reactions to this. Its clear that an Apple store within a store makes sense, but the Windows one may be confusing to consumers.
